Simple.
>remove latch body cover plate
>loosen set screw that holds lock cylinder to the latch body
>spin lock cylinder counter clockwise until it comes out
>spin new lock cylinder in, reusing all spacers from original to keep cam spacing correct
>spin cylinder until proper orientation with door, and set screw lined up with cylinder channel
>tighten set screw
>check for proper operation
>replace latch body cover plate
