I`ve never been to a Western country before. Are you really hardworking, respectful of deadlines, clean and orderly as my countrymen who go abroad say you are?

I absolutely cant stand serbian construction workers, tradesmen, officer workers, wagies etc. They are lazy as fuck, avoid work at every opportunity and steal here and there if they can. Currently at my home we are putting up a new front gate and the masons we are paying to do work are taking already two and a half weeks to finish it. It is always some excuse when they dont arrive on a certain day, and im not even joking, shit like "My wife is pregnant, i gotta go to hospital tommorow", "My daughter got diagnosed with skin cancer, gotta take her to hospital", "Oh an emergency task, we gotta go fix some wall at another place that just collapsed". Out of 8 hours of work, they only work 4, rest is literally talking, smoking cigs, drinking refreshments we leave them and whatnot. At this rate, its gonna take an entire month if not more. They are doing a good job, but are extremely slow and unorganized.

My friend who has worked abroad in Germany for a short time, told me that Germans tip the garbage men. I was mind blown. Here in Serbia garbage men are looked down upon, its genuinely horrible.

it's a mix. it's really only japan, china, south korea, and maybe germany and switzerland where you can make that stereotype of laborers. but the last two, being white countries, there are a lot of druggies. in other western countries you have an even higher proportion of druggies

Well i was like that when i was working at a local gas station, but during actual work time, it was just unorganized af, boss didnt give a fuck pretty much, he only works the job because its not really demanding and he has a side job where he fixed lawn mowers, bikes and stuff like that. Construction is an absolute meme of an industry, and it really depends on the economy at the moment. Generally the contracts will be for TIME and material (T&M) in addition to the profit the company charges on top of that, as a different fee. So if the industry is moving fast and there are plenty of other jobs, the Boss loses money when men sit around.
However, when it's slow and there aren't other jobs waiting, the boss is happy to send crews of men somewhere to work slow and goof off. He's not making any less money because you're paying the wages and he isn't missing out on any other projects' profit, meanwhile he's able to give his workers 40 hours a week to prevent them from finding other jobs before he lands another contract.

Garbage men are also generally paid fairly well, a lot of "dirty" work like that is career work because it's either fairly large companies or local government and they can really charge customers whatever the want (what are you going to do, take your trash to the landfill yourself every week?) to offset the higher wages required to keep a professional and reliable crew on the job 365 days a year.

I'm burger but I hang out in Serbia from time to time. The money does suck over there if you don't have a good last name, but there are pros and cons. One con to American money is that you generally have to live in America to earn it, and for the most part you really just have to throw money at the wall every day to have a decent lifestyle in America. Expect police in a couple of days even in the smallest of villages. I guess you could try to shoot it somewhere far away in the forest and mountains of eastern and western Serbia, im in Vojvodina flatlands so i dont know.

Besides guns, you will have good amount of freedom, especially if you are self sustaining in most things. Serbs will probably be very hospitable, but always have a reserve guard because some of them can be backstabby like pajeets, not younger generations, but still. Thats why i reccomend a village or a small town instead of a city.
