A screw driver, a hammer, a forklift, a crane, military grade servers, computer devices for the battlefield, critical infrastructure networks, there are underlining tools that run and rely on real things, that everything above them needs. You cant have your gaymers without your powerplants, but you can have your powerplants without your gaymers. You dont have to go that low of level to show my point, but beneath the purely entertainment and toy technologies, are real tools and things people are trying to use AI with today. If it lies and can not be consistent, everything built upon it with also be inaccurate and expect an increase of complex and unknown failures. They will have to build AIs to fix, clean and use AIs. This type of recursion problem is continuously popping up around AI

Both cases your describing people making there own AIs or using others homemade AIs. Neither are guarenteed to be consistent even if they cant lie from censorship. Still both require AI specific knowledge, which yes I know everyone on 4chan is a 140IQ specialized on every topic, but in the real world people specialize on one thing. So people developing a tool that they want to advance by incorporating AI do not know or want to go back to school for AI. If that was the requirement nothing new would ever be made with these tools. This is true for a lot of things, car companies dont make their own computer systems, they hire experts in those fields to build them, likewise computer builders for cars dont know how to make cars. So devs building a navigation app, that want to incorporate AI will go to the AI companies to use one of theirs. The AI companies all have biased/censored and lying AIs.
