According to the mainstream media, white men are the most violent.
Despite the fact that black men(and women even) chimp out at like 9x the rate. When Timmy chimps out, usually as a result of lifelong bullying, it's just seen as classic white male violence... but when DeQuan chimps out, usually as a result of lifelong blackness, it's just seen as classic case of underpriveleged black male victim of circumstance.

Maybe they are more effective when they are violent.
The footage of chicago shootings I've seen, for example, shows wasting huge ammounts of ammo and killing hardly anyone.
