Been a while and they walked their separate ways.
Adam was the loose cannon that wanted to experiment first and deal with consequences as they emerged. Dangerous when you're experimenting with possible lethal theories.
Jamie wanted to prepare for all possible errors and have safety as the top priority before experimenting.
Together it was a tug of war who won. Chaos or order. Which worked for them but I guess that since neither got their way it was too much for them. They never were friends or even socialized to any degree outside of work
