You are going to be amazed, now that the OBBB Act passed, at how quickly support will end, or, rather, be drawn back for Trump the man. Epstein is the first salvo. Over the next 16 months and culminating with the loss of the House in November 2026 which will be stolen or thrown or both and certainly assisted again by the Supreme Court (ala Roe V. Wade in 2018). Leading up to and then especially following that eventuality, one by one nearly all of Trump's cabinet and biggest backers will be abandoning him. The corporatist Chamber of Commerce wing has gotten what they needed, similarly the Zionist lobby, and most of the AI futurism crowd (with Musk for now being the one predictably autistic troublemaker).
You are told right now that it's either Trumpism or "gay race communism." What you will eventually be told is that while policy-wise Trump was excellent, his imperfect character and messaging was not ideal for the modern age. With him fading out of the picture, you will be sold a supposedly improved upgrade of MAGA. The road to becoming the next GOP nominee will be hard-fought and arduous but ultimately someone like Vance or DeSantis will come out on top by selling their brand of "intellectual" (Vance) or "competent" (DeSantis) Trumpism that will merely be a front for ultra-neoconservatism.
So your real choice, moving forward, is between "ultra-neoconservatism" and "gay race communism." Trump will have no say in the matter and will be largely unimportant to who the 2028 GOP nominee becomes. He will have little to no lasting impact or unique constituency. Basically, his brand of "Trump-flavored neoconservatism lite" is now being discontinued and after 2028 the Trump name and legacy will have zero impact in American politics moving forward. It will become increasingly clear that the entire experiment behind electing him simply wasn't worth it and the future of the American political system for the average citizen will be bleaker than ever.
