it's actually really good though your pic only shows a vegetarian dish. the dishes with red meat (lamb or beef) are very tasty. the injera, a soft sourdough flatbread is really good too it has a bit of a sour taste because it's fermented.
10/10 would recommend anyone to go try the meat dishes at your local ethiopian restaurant. and of course it's not a reason to accept more ethiopians/erytreans.

There's still no reason to import Ethipeans to make it. It's incredibly simple food.
