There are zero teams playing baseball or football in Europe or anywhere else that could compete with US professional teams. Japan has some decent baseball teams in the NPB, probably between AAA minor league and MLB in quality overall, but even the most elite NPB teams wouldn't make the MLB playoffs.
The NFL would love to expand to include some European teams if they could. I mean the Jaguars are basically split between based in London and Jacksonville at this point, but they are pretty terrible.

I grew up watching and playing european football as almost every european does. When I grew older I started to have an interest in american football.
While it's even more rigged than european football and possibly the most rigged sport on earth, it is way more complex than european football could ever be.

Just in terms of formations alone, european football is limited to 3 variations in defense of 3, 4 or 5 players, nothing else will exist because it doesn't make sense. These strategic limitations are laughable compared to american football.
You can't even compare the two sports in term of strategic depth. I would argue that european football has more technical depth given the freedom you have with the ball (and even that is debatable because of the different assignments of every player on the field) but in terms of strategy and thinking it is a children's game compared to american football.

OP is a troll but yes, American Football is uniquely TACTICAL even among other team sports. That said, soccer is a really strange sport when you think of humans using their hands for almost everything yet its one of the few sports where hands are not used in outfield play. I'm sure the masons that designed football knew this and promoted it for that reason, as they specifically targeted Northern English industrial towns, which is where the original teams were from. In American football, all of the decisions are made by the coach or the QB. Most of the team has simple responsibilities and skillsets that simply have to be repeated to perfection. Pretty boring compared to sports like soccer or rugby where the game clock is always running and players have to organize themselves.
