US problem is primarily about high caloric intake and sedentary lifestyle. beans and potatoes without tons of sugars and fats mixed in are low calorie and filling.

US food itself has the problem of hyper competitive marketplace dynamics incentivizing food companies to aggressively target the basest lizard brain impulses with meats and sugars and salts that we evolved to actively pursue because they are nutritionally high value but normally rare. there's also the problem of all sorts of unholy additives being put in the food that do stuff like suppress your body's natural aversion to things being too sweet to keep appealing to that lizard brain hunger for sugar. nutrition is also just not taught well in public schools because the same companies that make ultraprocessed slop tend to intentionally subsidize and fund schools to give themselves avenues to pressure what is taught and what isn't. the American public are by and large captured cattle that are fenced off and blindfolded so they can be aggressively gouged of any and all money they have at every single opportunity, no matter how fat and miserable and retarded and angry it is making us.

Obesity in America is caused by foods containing lots of fat/oil and sugar which makes them high in calories and not filling.

for example, a piece of lean steak and a baked potato with a bit of butter is healthy. A giant piece of fatty steak and mashed potatoes with 1/2 pound of butter and cream is not healthy. It's just the sugar. Starches and carbs from the entire range are the main culprit. Combining these things with fats doesn't help, but combining them with proteins helps your body cope with the carbs a bit. The best bet is to avoid carbs. People hear that and scream "YOU NEED CARBS, OR YOU'LL DIE!!" Try to never eat a carb. It's impossible. It's not a real concern. Fat isn't terrible by itself; you shit most of it out. Same with proteins, but those carbs... your body sucks them up like a vacuum.

I have hundreds of jars, a freeze dryer, pressure canners, dehydrators, pickling salts, a wine fridge to age meats in and I don't even have to compete with vermin, and yes, food storage can get expensive. It's worth it if you take advantage of it. At some point, the costs are overtaken by the value, but none of this shit's free unless you inherit it, and not everything can be stored in a big jar. In addition to that, if you're thorough, you clean and sanitize a lot, you have a lot of vinegar and acid sanitizers around and you have to buy the items that you can't use over and over again, especially for pressure canning. I wasn't just talking about something to put beans alone in, but now that you show the picture, it's likely the jars they're in cost more than the beans themselves. We're talking about something intended to reduce expenses, not a car payment.

Schlomo gave me type 1 diabetes after demanding that my parents give me three vaccinations in five minutes before I was allowed to attend high school.
I've been in carbohydrate hell since that moment. I made the gummy bear sandwich in defiance- it has no fats and I can measure the grams of carbs I put into it easy, just count the amount of gummy bears that go on the bread. If anons want to lose fat and they find themselves in Carbo Hell like me, simply cut as much fat out of your diet as possible. Go 50/50 on carbos and protein and eat a deficit of calories. I can lose my six-pack in a week just by adding peanut butter to my sandwiches, so I only eat peanut butter on my birthday. The walmart bread and protein powders have fats in them, so I'm probably at 48/50/2 as far as fat content in my diet goes. You can eat protein with zero fat by embracing canned fish in broth- its the only way, aside from farming shrimp or hunting crawfish. Lower fat content in your diet WILL make you suffer and bring you unhappiness though. It's fucking hard. I love french fries and roasted peanuts, don't get me started on breaded deep fried meats holy shit. You will have to abstain from the only things that make you happy if you want to have a six-pack and live alone with no friends. I am considering just giving up in a few years and living off of ham and french fries, but I'm not 100% demoralized yet. I am still able to circumnavigate (((Gods Chosen))) and so can you, Anon
