My retarded take on this is there is a mass effort to lower interest rates which tucker has been talking about with the credit cards and saying usury and stuff, and he is right. But the catch is when interest rates are lowered equities also go up in value equities can be anything from property to soda and are pretty much goods.
I think he and others like him are pushing this under the guise of populism but the actuality of low interest rates is everyone who owns stuff gets more money because the value of their assets traditionally go up as rates go down. This in turn will make it harder for everyone else to own shit and get more money and to save more money.
To sum it up the populist movement is pointing everyone into you will own nothing and be happy land while saying they are doing the opposite.
