AI has become the new arms race- every major world power is developing their own super Artificial Intelligence model behind closed doors and with each iteration, they are getting closer to AGI which will mean game over for most of humanity. It's just a catch-all terms meaning Aritificial General Intelligence, which is an AI model that can learn to basically to anything and everything.

The models that are being shilled today have very specific use case and they are still quite limited in their capabilities.

However, with AGI, you'll have a model that can not only LEARN how to do a task, it will master it within seconds. Completely making all jobs and work redondant and human beings essentially worthless in a Capitalist system. Those that control major assest along with the new AGI super model will unironically become the new rulers of the world.
Then they will ask themselves what's the point of keeping everyone else around?
