Now with the Epstein subject floating around again, many don't know that former Nato secretary general Willy Klaes was also in kid rape parties where the kids were fed to dogs in the end after raping them. In one scenario a pregnant teen was killed by a participant and then her stomach was cut open and the baby was kicking, alive. It was then resewed back in the dead teens stomach and fed to dogs.
Often about 10-30 kids were brought to a party, sometimes half were killed there, sometimes less, sometimes all. Some kids were used more than others.
Dresscode (for the adult pedos) was often a black robe with a mask and they were naked under it.
Children (victims) were naked.
Marc Dutroux who was sentenced in Belgium for killing 4 and raping 11 children, was also a child supplier to these "pedoelite" parties in Belgian castles and mansions, according to many surviving kids who witnessed it (topics pic is from there).
