CO2 is more prone to capturing and redirecting infrared light, redirecting heat energy from the sun back to the earth, heating the crust more.

Wet Bulb Temperature has more to do with Humidity. Once you get high Temps + 100% humidity sweating doesn't cool your body down so you just start cooking.

See my other two posts. Wet Bulb is about how people in different parts of the country feel. It literally shows different color bands based on how much people in an area feel about heat. The same temperature and humidity will show as different colors on the map if people in an area feel more unhappy about it than in other areas.
