A nuclear warhead will be lighter than a conventional warhead, for fairly obvious reasons.

I suppose in principle it'd just be a few months' work; I'm pretty sure there's suitable designs from the American stockpile available off the shelf - if worst comes to worst, you could adapt a B61 physics package. (There might not be any nuclear cruise missile warheads available any more.)

The US might balk at sharing the necessary design information with a third country, though.

"Scud-hunting" is still very hard; the Israelis, operating in a relatively permissive environment, only managed to destroy a small fraction of Iran's total inventory of TELs.

>Even it an entrance is hit, it means all the assets are intact, and it'll take a day to clean the entrance. This is assuming all entrances are known and have been hit at the same time.
If the attacker hits a bunker entrance once, he can keep hitting it again and again, and keep it closed with sustained effort.

>I'd say +60m
That's not the kind of deep I mean; I'm talking about tactical/strategic depth. You need hundreds of kilometers' worth against the kind of threat you're talking about.

>"Scud-hunting" is still very hard; operating in a relatively permissive environment, only managed to destroy a small fraction of Iran's total inventory of TELs.
Hunting for mobile missile forces was once hard, most of Iranian AD survived in no small part because unless in active use it was kept underground in fortified positions.

>If the attacker hits a bunker entrance once, he can keep hitting it again and again, and keep it closed with sustained effort.
This means it takes sustained attacks to destroy one entrance, while a single attack is enough to destroy assets against a mobile force.

>That's not the kind of deep I mean; You need hundreds of kilometers' worth against the kind of threat you're talking about.
90m was enough for Iran to deal with 12 bunk buster strikes. Entrances were repaired in around 12 hours.

The sad truth is, mobility for protection is an outdated doctrine, in an age of drones and mass surveillance.

Sustained attacks against a handful of fixed targets are enough to keep those entrances closed. It takes a much more substantial air effort - and remember, the kind of drones you need aren't little battery-electric quadcopters but much bigger, longer-ranged affairs! - to deal with lots of frequently-redeployed SAM batteries, which in any event need to be fully self-propelled and have shoot-and-scoot capability.

>>510426992
That's what I expected. I imagine that, even today, practically everyone in Kazakhstan has fairly good Russian, and it's probably rather difficult/awkward to discuss many subjects in Kazakh; I can't imagine there's Kazakh-medium engineering classes anywhere, for example.

That's considerably more attacks than are required to wipe out the support of a few AD brigades relying on keeping their support mobile.

>to deal with lots of frequently-redeployed SAM batteries
This assumes the enemy has Taliban-tier surveillance capacities, you were very lucky to never fight a militia getting fed satellite data.

well thats kinda wrong and kinda right.
there was a huge effort to translate everything into kazakh. this is why we are probably the only country that has its own word for internet (halamtor).
many even native speakers constantly mix in russian words in their speech because sometimes it reflects the meaning better, sometimes its just because how a mind of a trilingual speaker works.
some people dont speak russian now, but everyone does an effort to understand eachother.
there are a few fringe cases where soros programmed drones refuse to speak russian and pretend not to understand it or even start a conflict, unfortunately the gov doesnt do anything to punish the latter. in my opinion the gov should do as much as it can to promote a multi language society and cooperation, but they store all their legally earned billions in britain controlled territories and must obey the soros handbook

Do you know anything at all about orbital mechanics? Satellite passes aren't that frequent, and that's just for starters. This reminds me of talking to some niggerfaggot who insisted that the NRO's reconnaissance satellites would easily locate every Houthi missile system in Yemen - it wasn't so.

It's very easy to predict when EO satellites will pass overhead, and a bit of camouflage netting, or parking under trees (in a given grid square, there'll almost always be some trees or other suitable cover) goes a very long way.

>Taliban-tier surveillance capacities
Lots of guys on the ground all over the place with cellphones and binoculars are actually *more* effective than overhead reconnaissance, esp. if you give them quadcopters or something.

UKRAINIAN TROOPS STRUGGLE TO HOLD THE LINE ON THE EASTERN FRONT
>Kyiv is defending Kostiantynivka from Russian drone attacks. The embattled city is a gateway to Ukraine’s last major defense in the Donetsk region.
>Ukrainian troops face dire conditions defending Kostiantynivka. The city stands directly in the path of Russia’s summer offensive in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, which has seen Moscow’s troops make some of their biggest monthly territorial gains since 2022.
> That makes Kostiantynivka a prime target. The city is the southern gateway to a chain of cities that form Ukraine’s last major defensive belt in Donetsk. Should it fall, nearly all cities farther north would come within range of Russian drones. It would bring Moscow closer to its long-sought goal of seizing all of Donetsk.
> Russian forces have carved out a 10-mile-deep pocket around the Ukrainian troops defending Kostiantynivka, partly surrounding them from the east, south and west. Practically every movement in that pocket is targeted by Russian drones around the clock
>Ukrainian soldiers say Russia’s expanded drone strike capacity gives it an edge it did not have during previous assaults.
> “Before, they could hit targets within two or three kilometers,” or less than two miles, said the commander of the unit operating crewless vehicles in the 93rd Brigade, who asked to be identified by only his first name, Oleksandr, according to military protocol. “Now, they’re striking every 10 to 20 minutes at a consistent range of 15 kilometers from the front line. Everything within that 15-kilometer zone is being destroyed.”
> Ukrainian troops avoid leaving their underground shelters altogether. “We joke that going to the bathroom is practically a heroic act now,” said Mykola

It'd take considerably longer than 50 days, even given the most favorable realistic circumstances, to get any kind of ground launcher ready. There's next to no ground-launched Tomahawk systems in existence, apart from a tiny handful of Typhons - I don't know why they bother, considering the Chinese have literally thousands of much more capable missiles pointed the other way, and very substantial air defenses.

There might be some naval tube launchers you could nigger-rig for ground launch, a bit like how the Argentines adapted some naval Exocet launchers for ground use in 1982 - picrel. What they did has ample precedent, by the way; in the days of wooden ships, it was very common to land guns off ships of the line (I think they needed new carriages, though) with their gun crews becoming artillerymen on land.

I'm not sure if any suitable horizontal launchers *exist.*

I don't know too much about the JASSM, but there's several variants; apparently (ask the Brave search engine AI) there's a 1800 km range one. Open up Google Earth, draw some circles, and see for yourself.

The range in the summary table on the Wikipedia article (370 km) puts St. Petersburg well out of reach from anywhere in the Ukraine. Moscow's also a bit too far.

For SPB, you'd need a minimum of 850 km or so range - and that would mean launching right at the Russo-Ukrainian border, in the Bryansk Oblast. For Moscow, you need 450 km - again, that's the radius of a circle centered on Moscow and just touching the closest point on the Russo-Ukrainian border. The hohols would get slaughtered long before you got anywhere close. Realistically, you'd need something with about 1000 km range.

True, more or less. Hebrews before Jesus were essentially pre-Christian Christians awaiting their messiah. He came and his name was Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God. Hebrews were divided because of Talmudic (Oral law) Pharisees, the Oral Law taught by the Pharisees was exactly why Christ called them the Synagogue of Satan, only for this Oral Law to be written down centuries later and became what we know as Talmud today. So half (give or take) of the Hebrew population during Christ’s time on Earth became followers of Christ, the other half kept following the Talmudic Pharisees. All Jews today are descended of the Pharisees, which is why they vehemently hate Jesus Christ.

Israel today is the Church, more specifically, the Orthodox Church.

if Kalibrs and Kinzhals across the length and breadth of Ukraine don't by themselves cause Ukraine to capitulate, then a limited number of JASSMs (even if they give them the -ER versions which they won't) will just piss off Russia and make it do more asymmetric stuff like give the Houthis and NK even better missiles / sub tech.

Ukraine gets most of its weapons from other countries so any destroyed by those Kalibr and Kinzhal strikes can always be replaced. Russia by contrast builds most of its weapon systems internally. If Ukraine can destroy a few key military factories with Tomahawk and JASSM then Russia won't have any way to quickly restore production. For example the Avangard factory in Moscow is the main production site for the S-400. If Ukraine can take that out then Russian air defense will become severely degraded as systems are destroyed in combat and can't be quickly replaced.

>Lyndsey Graham's 500% secondary sanctions bill put on hold
Was Trump just kicking the can down the road yesterday?
Graham's bill if enacted would take any discretionary power away from Trump in the implementation of any secondary sanctions. Forcing Trump to enact something which has the potential to implode the US economy and be powerless to do anything about it.
This new 100% tariffs in 50 days at the discretion of the president staves off the senators bill.
Both get what they want. Graham is seen as the tail wagging the dog to increase belligerence against Russia. Trump gets to reassert his control over foreign policy (for now).
What happens in 50 days if Russia doesn't capitulate?
All that the Americans are offering is a partition along the line of contact with western Ukraine entering NATO with no promises of ending the attempts to try to destroy Russia through economic warfare and recruiting proxies to do their bidding.

Trump will cvck out in 50 days as he always does and come up with some excuses. Just like the TikTok deal limit that he keeps extending again and again. Dumbass has no leverage and no options left so he's just stalling, but the Russians know they hold all the cards so they couldn't give less of a fuck. Neither do the Chinese given how the US is quite open about how they want to take China down, like why the fuck would China reverse course lmao it's just so stupid but that's neocons for you - they have shit for brains. They genuinely believe they can just trick China into turning on their biggest ally so the US can pick them off later when it's more convenient.

from what i hear, trump is lobbying to change that aspect and make it discretionary for the president to impose or not. then he can impose or remove them whenever he wants, and at any amount he wants (up to 500%). The only value this would have for Trump is it would eliminate the court challenges to his (currently only asserted) tariff authority. For Graham it would force Trump to rationalize his tariff authority as based in anti-Russia policy, thereby enshrining neocon policy and adherence to Project Ukraine more thoroughly, and Graham could claim a legislative win and act like a tough guy (gal).
I doubt Trump will sign any bill that didn't have those revisions, as Trump would never do China tariffs at that rate because he already tried and it was going to blow up the economy so he stopped. He'd sign a discretionary bill and use it selectively to bully smaller countries to extract concessions and greater obedience to US policy, as well as to insider trade on the stock booms/busts he was creating with the ever-changing tariff policies.
As for how this will affect Russia, it won't. Nor will India or China accept it. The most they can hope for is some smaller countries will bend over.

Technically the US could give Ukraine some of its (apparently just 8) Typhon launchers which are basically a Mk 41 VLS launcher bolted onto a truck

>the Typhon launchers are derived from the Mk 41 Vertical Launch System (VLS) in use on various U.S. Navy and foreign warships. This launcher can already fire a wide array of containerized missiles, and other types could be integrated into it in the future.

It's doubtful that current Russian military factories are that well protected. They would need to be dug into mountains like in Iran which isn't practical especially in Moscow. From what little video exists on YouTube, the S-400 factory looks just like a normal surface level factory. Retarded take. Israel as decent AA cover for far, far more of their important assets and big cities than Russia does, just because it's so small. The people against IRBMs will be lower than what russian SAMs can achieve against subsonic cruise missiles, but the sheer length of the frontline and dispersion of possible targets makes it borderline impossible to not leave gaps that can be exploited. That's why you see some hohol drones make it through in the first place, and those are far easier to target than cruise missiles.

Drones work because you can literally spam hundreds of them alone--and they still ultimately fail to do any real damage. Tomahawks are far easier to shoot down because that's what AA is designed to work on.

But hey, surely *this* wonderwaffel will be the thing. Missile swarms! Thousands at a time. Just...do it. It works that way in my video games!

iirc it was debunked / denied.
>why do world leaders keep doing this?
Because they want to suppress wages, increase rentals, increase the value of their real estate holdings and because their democracies are fake. They choose Indians because Indians are (generally) non-Muslim, speak English (more or less), don't proselytise their religion, are generally law abiding, will work for low wages and are available in the hundreds of thousands. That's the logic.

A higher percentage of Iranian IRBMs making it through doesn't change anything about the point. Israel fighting a propaganda war doesn't either.

You can combine the two to overwhelm SAM and tracking systems. It's what the Russians are doing every other night. And no, cruise missiles obviously aren't easier to shoot down than shittg drones with less flight performance than training targets.
>But hey, surely *this* wonderwaffel will be the thing. Missile swarms! Thousands at a time. Just...do it. It works that way in my video games!
Where'd i say that? Please quite the paragraph. It obviously won't change the course of the war, if they even get any in the first place. That doesn't mean it doesn't have the potential to cause damage.

>Since you seem like a self-conscious Pajeet, why do your kin still insist on flocking here?
simple answer, Sven. Money. My city not counting the metro area has 3x your country's population and the ratio of your high wealth to your tiny population means you provide a lot of baseline social services that are not possible to provide when, as a country we are 140x your size.
> It would dawn on even a 50 IQ mong that he's being used as a literal slave to do the jobs the indigenous population refuses to do.
Of course they know this. They may be poor but they're not fools.
> Do they geniunely think that a life of luxury awaits them in the West?
For many it's because of the generous public services as above that they get for merely existing on .se soil leave alone the stuff they get entitled to as residents or citizens. And you have NGOs who would, if they tried something similar here be instantly jailed, *facilitate* and encourage migration, both legal and illegal. You guys take people carrying in dairy and nuts more seriously than you take illegal immigrants.
The plan is to survive, scrape by, somehow get papers, get a better job and then take your pick from a literal lineup of women happy to join on spousal visa (all arranged by the family of course) and build a life that's much better than the one you left behind, at least on paper. Eventually their kids / grandkids get into public office and do well themselves. That's the plan anyway .
I think they're nuts because it's a massive gamble and in any case they're leaving home and families behind and almost certainly will have to watch their moms last rites on Whatsapp video. Most people here agree with me so, while it might not seem like it to you, only a tiny fraction of Indians outmigrate and hundreds of millions choose to remain rooted and have a sense of belonging rather than leave for a cold land with bland food where the natives despise you while giving their lawmakers a pass.

Because it's very well defended? Hohols are retarded and wasted a good chunk of their wunderwaffen on a target they had a very low probability to hit. We've seen them get through on less defended targets. One hit and damaged the Kilo class rostoc on don in the sevastopol shipyard for example.
>That's why they sent scalps and why you pussies are too afraid to send Taurus--because your weak weapons will once again be exposed like your tanks were.
SCALP and Storm Shadow are the same system. Taurus isn't available in relevant quantities and our formed chancellor dug in his heels regarding it, so not delivering the thing is mostly a politician decision. It would obviously perform pretty much identical to Storm Shadow/SCALP. It just has a bit more range and a warhead more suited to hardened, multi story targets.

No, that's what you claimed. You accomplished nothing. You are actually trying to claim one of the longest bridges in the world is better defended than anything else. There is literally miles and miles of target area to hit on it and they failed.
>so not delivering the thing is mostly a politician decision.

on paper it has range though so who knows. I personally expect Ukraine to get F-35s before this is done and if it wasn't for the fact that the mast of the Nimitz would get chopped off by the Martyr's Bridge over the Bosporus, the deep state would give it to Ukraine. They're all in on Ukraine now and with each failed wunderwaffe, the prospect of how shameful a pull back would be becomes larger and larger.

I don't need to accomplish shit. Hohols didn't accomplish much with their cruise missiles either, but we saw some get through and cause damage.
>You are actually trying to claim one of the longest bridges in the world is better defended than anything else. There is literally miles and miles of target area to hit on it and they failed.
The bridge is in flat terrain and not really long compared to the no escape zone of even the Pantsir. We know there are Pantsir and Tor positions on both sides of the bridge, and some Buks further away in likely approach paths. So yes, it obviously is very well defended. Back when hohols actually had more missiles to sling at the bridge we regularly got videos of them being shot down.
>LOL Yeah, because you had an abundance of tanks, too, that's why you didn't send them. You aren't sending them because you know full-well they will fail like the rest.
Dishonest to not quote the full paragraph, I explicitly stated that Germany has no significant stock that could be sent in the first place.
They would do just as storm shadow did. That cruise missile didn't "fail" either. It's not magic, expecting it to hit targets protected by layered medium and short range air defense is not a realistic expectation. Thinking a weapon is useless because it doesn't meet the hype created around it by politicians and Twitter users is retarded. Are you mentally feeble? You don't seem capable of any nuance.
