Women have awful leadership qualities. They create mandates, dictates and obligations then when these create conflict or cause problems their first instinct is to punish anyone who doesn't play follow the leader.

A real leader has volunteers who want to be there and are working toward a common goal instead of a common hole; you get real leaders when it's volunteer instead of voluntold.
