Ironically, when I lived in the South, one of the Chick-Fil-A's that was popular only staffed White people. I suspect it's because they were the only ones who wouldn't chimp out over orders and could handle the volume. For fast food, it was great. That was when I was finally paying attention and all the businesses that were majority staffed by Whites were phenomenally run. Only equivalent place was a chain of taquerias that also mainly staffed Castizos, and it was likely near-par because the chain was local and family-run going on third-generation. They would put Mestizos or the occasional more typical Central American out at the front of the house to convince moronic tourists, especially the jewish ones, that the places was truly 'multi-cultural', but the back of house were sheet pale.
I'm sure if you gave other societies/tribes the time to 'get it' and gasp that hard work & honesty is required to see dividends & success, outside of the obvious hold-out, they would get it. The problem is, as always, that one hold-out that can't just walk away and live their way of life elsewhere, which is because their way of life doesn't work and they're on a six millennia cope bender. That experiment aside, White staffed and White run and White majority things are better.
