I finally realized that the biggest problem in the developed world today is that everyone is economically illiterate. Even the economists.
The trick is you gotta ignore money to figure what the fuck is going on:

Three fags with a tractor maintain 1500 hectares BY THEMSELVES, then send most of that shit abroad instead of distributing it to people close by. Is that right?
The average wagie has to work 8 hours per day for DECADES to afford a house that can be built in 3 weeks by a team, or 6-9 months if he builds it himself. Does that sound right to you?
An average home in greece of portugal is above the average range of its average inhabitant, and FAR above the average range of the people who built it in the first place. Does that make sense?
We need to bring economics back to retard level, or they'll keep putting ridiculous scam over everyone's heads by making up bullshit on top. And double and tripled retards will screech at you that it's correct because the jewish banks who commissioned their economy books said so.

Sorry retards, you're wrong. Math fags were wrong with string theory and math fags are wrong about economics. If it's too complicated for the average human to understand intuitively, it's a SCAM, simple as. 10000 scammers will soon own everything in the world and you will all be slaves? Wake the fuck up

it's retarded to think wages and grocery prices are directly connected like during the gold standard. It's idiotic even. Your grocery prices have much more to do with the value of the farmable land in the eyes of international investors and energy prices than your wages. The labor market operates entirely separately from the asset market. This is why housing can go up 2x in 6 years, and wages go down 2%, while purchasing power goes down 25%.
Your groceries meanwhile are adjusted by 15 middlemen for every carrot you eat. The people owning the currency own everything at the end of the day.

Never because there are several layers of loopholes they can jump through to shield themselves from the consequences of hiring them.

>farm goes to some temp hiring agency and says "I need X number of workers to pick my tomatoes, here's some money, get it done"
>temp agency hires a bunch of undocumented workers and takes them out to the fields
>farm gets busted, workers get rounded up
>"omg officer I had no idea they were undocumented, they don't even work for me, they work for this temp agency"
>go after the temp agency
>it doesn't even actually exists and was just a phone number and email tied to a throwaway LLC under fake names
>this is america, punishing people requires courts, requires due process
>short of the farm owners straight up admitting culpability, its basically impossible for prosecutors/regulators to prove intent/guilt so long as they feign ignorance

The american boomer is known to be literally poised to take advantage of any more money in the system.
American cities are designed to milk workers via a closed system of distance, gas, and food. Boomers are well aware of the limits a paycheck can be taken to and enjoy seeing what happens when they double, then triple the amount of work for the same paycheck.
There are enough predatory elements in US society to guarantee an increase and ensure you will NEVER see the price go down once they hike it and things continue to sell.
It is entirely plausible in cities at least that people will try and sponge up as much of a wage increase as they possibly can.

This guy is right, 50 years ago, most white countries didn't have mass migration, GDP was much lower, as was productivity, technological development, digitalization, etc. yet still even low level jobs were paid well to the point that any retard who barely graduated highschool could afford a family with a stay at home wife and two kids, a house, and a car as long as he worked a full time job and didn't drink or gamble away all his money.
Now, 5 decades later, with cheap immigrant labour, all the tech development, the digitalization, the improvements to productivity, the rise in GDP all the shit that (((economists))) say is good for the economy... and the average american has it fucking worse?! WTF?
Like, the entire reason most countries gave corporations the easy tax loophole where they can reinvest their money into R&D before being counted as profits they have to pay taxes on was the promise that through more R&D, and the increase in productivity and efficiency, that in the end everything will get better for everyone and everyone will be richer, "the 'pie' growing"
Thats just not the fucking case.
Truckdrivers, non-supervisory worker-grunts in Wholesale trade, or mining, or construction should/would be getting between $60-$90 per hour if wages kept up with inflation over the last 5 decades.
Why the fuck was this possible 5 decades ago, but today it it isn't and most of those low level grunts are now living paycheck to paycheck in some rentoid shoebox.

>The farmers own the land
You forgot decades of huge subsidies that enabled midsized farmers to swell up. Food is in post-scarcity territory in developed countries. But scarcity makes for higher profit so the product is redistributed abroad where is still scarce. If you keep regions poor you create demand. The African miner will mine to buy food at scarcity prices. If you take away scarcity you ironically take away the value of food and the main reason of the farmer and miner to work. Keeping things scarce is how profit is made in the first place. Cue planned obsolescence.
>The materials and land are overpriced
Yes, it's what I just explained, but it applies to all the post-industrial economies. Because you have to engineer scarcity to create growth the mechanism is not capitalistic anymore. It's reverse communism. Communism rationalized redistribution, what we got rationalizes scarcity. Neither work for various reasons.
>The supply/demand ratio of houses is skewed by the fact that some people and some companies owns a bunch of them but don't put them on the market for sale
Yes again. But ask yourself why governments welcome this situation and open sales to international clients so readily. Why everyone complains but it just keeps getting worse. Because there is no economic alternative. In places like the US housing availability has already exceeded saturation. But if you let people have cheap housing you would collapse real estate prices. They need housing to be scarce so much they're pricing out the majority of people from it. The scarcity economy is telling citizens of developed countries that they should own nothing. They're labor units earning and spending and then accruing debt they cannot repay on top. That's worth more than satisfying their needs because satisfying their needs isn't as profitable.

Understanding this explains where AI is going too. More productivity per labor unit means more profit, but then scarcity will be increased too

Yeah it's obvious. Profits went to the top in all of these companies and nothing ever trickles down. In fact trickle down is called "expenses" and every company out there spends half of its efforts into keeping them as low as possible. The real culprit is financialization and asset inflation. Costs increase, but wages don't. Because labor market and asset market are separate. You want expensive assets and cheap labor for Maximum profit.

So you want to make a few expensive goods to keep the price high and have lots of unemployed people around to keep wages low. When you need to raise wages you can just produce less instead. Competition mitigates that, but not if you captured the market or made a deal with your competitors. So here we are

The only redundancy is the belief that population equates to more growth when it's the opposite. Those three fags with a tractor can produce an excess of food far greater than what they need locally, but what about the people living in an area with land that isn't as arable? Do you move all of the people there closer to the farms and hazard compromising them with an unknown population? Do you genocide them so that they don't end up as bandits/pirates? Do you export the excess product to them in order to pacify them? Energy and agriculture aren't 'economic' issues in the case of the US the DoD directly controls energy and government subsidizes agriculture. Perhaps you can revert back to planned economies, but when they start asking for population control and to restrict movement then people freak out. From the perspective of the socialist elite class most of the population is comprised of useless eaters. I think most of the population should be converted into janitors and landscapers rather than doing pretend white collar work. There's no amount of academic training that makes people useful the only thing that makes science worth anything is test data, the only value a high population has is more data.

US available housing already exceeds family units. Housing prices keep growing even as sellers struggle to find buyers because most people are priced out at this point. But the prices keep going up anyway and economists complain about how terrible a housing price collapse would be. Why? Because funds and banks just use it as an investment for Monopoly money. The way this mechanism works boils down to using real assets as leverage to speculate on the market and drive up prices. If you lose the asset value you lose a lot more in leverage. And since these investors buy US debt as an appreciating store of value, turns out the bill is on you, the citizen, if they have to sell.

No, he is entirely correct. There are, realistically, 60-80 million illegal aliens in America right now. The vast majority have nothing to do with picking crops, which is overwhelmingly done by machine. The 40% of them that are women predominantly collect welfare and make anchor babies, outside the occasional position as a cleaner, maid, or fast food maker. Most of the men, at least those that aren't criminal, are engaged in low end non-farm jobs. The vast majority are in urban areas. All of them raise the cost of living for others in the region substantially. Higher housing costs. More strain on food and fuel supplies, and other goods, causing price inflation. More strain on school systems, causing tax increases, and ultimately failing schools. Few of them pay for healthcare, since they just plop their asses in the emergency room, and once treated they don't pay, and the costs are shifted to citizens who use those services.
They've done studies, and every illegal alien is a major net negative, to the cost of living, to federal and state budgets, and to the economy as a whole. If they were gone, goods would be cheaper, goods deficits would be smaller, and your average American would have a significantly better standard of living.

>clear out the illegals working for sub-legal pay
>value of labour in those sectors increases, pay rises
>now a job that requires a fraction of the training, education and expertise of your job is making more money, the relative difference in value between your career and theirs has narrowed
>this draws labour away from highly skilled fields like yours, into fields with a significantly lower barrier to entry
>now the value of labour in your sector increases, because the supply has decreased.
>this carries all the way up the chain, and carries through to the price of gaining that expertise and education as demand for it lowers
The reverse is basically what's been destroying our economy for the past few decades. Illegals flood the low-skill labour positions, displacing citizens upwards, increasing the demand for education and training, creating both shortages in education (which drive the price of tuition, training upwards) and an overabundance of qualified workers competing for a pool of jobs that can't expand as quickly as labour is being displaced. The end result is an overcrowded upper middle class becoming the new lower middle class as the price of everything rises to match this congested band of buying-power.

That our administrations inflicted this willingly on our economies is something that will be studied in a hundred years within the same breath as Dutch Disease. But in our current moment you're not allowed to notice that over-immigration, both lawful and unlawful, is the key factor driving inflation and the end result isn't a service-based economy, but an economy based on institutionalized enslavement of the undocumented to systematically deprive our own labour class of work outside of service.

>The average wagie has to work 8 hours per day for DECADES to afford a house that can be built in 3 weeks by a team, or 6-9 months if he builds it himself. Does that sound right to you?

If you are a home builder, you can build it yourself in 9 months.

But how do you BECOME a home builder? You have to spend YEARS learning carpentry, plumbing, eletrical work, masonry, roofing, HVAC installation. Then you have to work long enough to save up the money for materials. More years. You're talking 15 years.

So yeah, instead of spending all that time building the skills and money to build your own house, you find a completely different skill that someone wants to pay you for, and you work hard at that (5-10 years, not DECADES) and you use the money they paid you for a down payment, borrow at a good rate, pay someone to build your house, and then keep doing WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT instead of WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO SURVIVE

The entire concept of a monetary economic system is that we're converting the value of our labor and assets into a unified currency so each person doesn't need to be a jack of all trades, they can be a king of one trade, and pay other kings to do the other trades for them, providing them with a far superior life.

Let me blow your little mind:
The population has dropped here, so why did the land price increase?
Plus it's not even true. I have land with a build permit. I'm taxed yearly on having it. If I sell it, after tax and fees I'd have almost nothing left. A new house would go for many times that since it's in a town. I'll still not make any real profit unless I build a tourist attraction like a restaurant because the regulations require me to use expensive materials (it's why the price is so high)
The reality is that if the nominal value of shit goes up, and your wage does not, your labor is how getting stolen by speculators, traders and investors. Simple as. Immigration is already a consequence of fiat and debt-based policies. They need to grow the debt away, but they need young workers for growth so they're desperate. 500k jeets in 5 years or collapse due to negative growth.

Also you're wrong about immigration driving inflation. Inflation drives immigration. Inflation is artificially created by adding more debt to the economy, then printing more dollars to compensate. You need immigration to grow because growth makes your dollars worth more, and you can actually pay off the interest on debt. Because more workers = lower wages = higher profits = easier investments = more GDP

It's also why Trump is mugging the world like imperial china mugged its vassals.

You're just rationalizing bullshit. It doesn't take decades to learn to build a home. I built a shed in 7 days I could live in. But I can't, because laws. Anyone can do it with power tools and YouTube. Use green wood and straw bales and plaster even.

You're not allowed to. You have to use materials which have absurd costs and are tightly regulated. Zoning, hoas etc. Try making your own concrete. You can't. Gravel for my driveway is 3000$ for 100sqm. I am surrounded by rocks on my property. China started selling cheap rock crushers. They got banned.

A medieval serf built his own house using coppice. And he couldn't read. They had provisions to cut wood for free every 10 years for personal use. We don't have that.
Exactly because in 2025 the real cost of shelter and food is below scarcity levels.

1 farmer today has 47 times the productivity of a feudal serf. Building is orders of magnitude easier. Hell even compared to 1950, where housing was multiple times cheaper vs a wage.

Stop finding rationalizations for scams. Everyone should intuitively know that technology is being used to direct profits to a few people instead of making everyone live richer lives. If I want to live like a feudal peasant today I am literally not allowed to. Even an innawoods cabin is illegal. And if I want to work for shelter, food and internet? Somehow I'm paying a 25 year mortgage working 9 hours per day? Get real, it's a scam. Talk to any builder. 20-40 years building houses. Still rents unless he closed on one in 1985

Everything that needs to be done is within our power and the only reason at all that a thing as simple as building shelter or producing food becomes some insurmountable task is because there is (someone) somewhere who coerced the government into preventing us from doing these things without letting (that person) rob us in the process of more resources than the thing itself that you want to do is worth. yeah, it's all about central banking and fiat driving the mechanism. However that mechanism exists because so many willing participants heavily invest in it. Even if you take out the Fed mechanism you'll be stuck with the economic issues that led to communism and world wars. As broken the debt system is, you can't just remove it. You also need a governance system that is not fucking corrupt first and foremost. Hell, i bet the debt mechanism would work well if somehow you had incorruptible elites or some sort of fervent nationalism. The problem that any system large enough immediately becomes corrupt at the top.
I think for all the issues, the Libertarians have one correct core notion. If you want to prevent corrupt you ultimately need to prevent all centralization, monopolies of any kind, lobbying, double citizenships etc. It needs to be a puritanical political system with the smallest possible centralized power. It truly has to operate like a federation, even if it leads to periods conflicts within in. Nothing like that has ever really been tried, which is why no one is going to bet on it.

Thailand already does it, but for citizens. Hungary has some lite version of that, I am certain other countries might have some lite version of it.

It has nothing to do with the elites but with national conscience.you need more people to be aware of the fact that ownership does not exist without securing and enforcing said ownership and as such, anyone who can not be directly tapped into contributing to it directly should not be able to buy land on said area, since that is either immoral, treasonous or scamming thievery.

But as long as people want to be able to ''play'' and ''invest'' in the real estate market and want to attract institutional or foreign capital that can not happen. Real estate needs to become closed national markets only for citizens, specifically citizens liable of conscription or who have served in the military. And any juridical entity, say LLC or corp that is not 100% owned by those people should be disqualified from land purchases.

Not expropriating anyone, just not allowing anyone but those that have or are obligated to defend the land should be able to buy. Everyone else can rent. Or own shit above the first floor. Don't care about those, since it is not land.

Again, it is less of an issue of ellites and more of an issue of the population not having the conscious awareness of it and the ability to articulate it into said demand.

I have more tools than anybody that has ever been on 4chan, and I know how to use them. #1 that is a rare skillset, some people have zero fine motor control. #2 it takes intelligence to imagine and build anything, and quite a bit of persistence to push though any given project (all of this is rare). #3 you still need an outer economy to do things like steelmaking and other industry that is outside the scale of what an individual can muster.

But your right about the entire thing being a bit fucked - and that may be your major point. I'm just saying your solution (as I understand it) is wrong.

We used to do it (Anglo Saxon law was serving in the army for two years or your land is confiscated), but the City of London, a merchant port that's not part of the United Kingdom, influences control over the entire country through the monarchy. The Magna Carter, old English for Great Charter is mainly in place to protect the City of London. It's one of the last clauses left still legally binding to this day, and charters are legal entities that are applied to corporations, the realm of the dead and cargo. The City of London is one of the most powerful entities on the planet, and probably the most powerful in all of finance. This is why it will be near impossible to end it, because its control has been expertly crafted. The City of London would have to be nuked off the face of the Earth for it to end.

> methodology is wrong
as i said, if you start trying to explain economics you get even economists getting confused and get into arguments. You can spend a whole evening calling out their contradictions and see them get angry that you don't get the larger picture. Just like String Theory it becomes a framework that hides the real flaws in plain sight. If something isn't easy to communicate and explain to the average person, it shouldn't be the established mechanism for an entire fucking society. So i'm fixing that by using something that can be understood. Medieval serf could have house and wife and children and food. Medieval serf + fucking all of industrialization should have all that and a better house, less work and more security in proportions to his increased productivity. Society CAN provide that, therefore we have to demand it does. If it doesn't and billionaires exist, then obviously society isn't serving the citizens and needs to be destroyed. It should be easy logic like this or no one will do shit. If people don't have an explanation, they make up one based on their fears and insecurities. People seriously think billionaires are a natural byproduct of a functioning economic system. It takes the dumbest lefties to claim the opposite, but ironically they're right. Elon Musk got rich from Paypal, and anyone could have come up with Paypal's concept. So he was simply at the right place at the right time. Same for electric cars. And now he seemingly does whatever he wants with society as a whole. Then think of shit like onlyFans, Netflix, Steam. It's a system flaw, not a feature.

well yeah and it's obviously not right when people in the US complain of price increases on food.
It's like just this month Japan is having a crisis about RICE of all things.
Why did that happen? You might have guessed it. Rice was so cheap they started growing the kind for fuel and animal feed to export. One bad harvest and now every seller is hoarding over profits because food-grade rice isn't grown as much anymore and they can't just adapt the infrastructure. Almost as if growing food for people in the industrial age is not what agriculture is focused on anymore, forgetting that eating is crucial activity for human beings, as opposed to hookers and blow. Economics or not, there is a problem with the entire foundation of a society that can't even grow its one historical staple when technology makes it trivial to do at scale and pretends it's normal.

>. It takes the dumbest lefties to claim the opposite, but ironically they're right.

I think you are wrong. Elon Musk and other billionaires got rich because they started small companies and held some significant % of the stock of those companies. The outer world now values that stock very highly because of the success of those companies. This billionaire class doesn't have wealth in terms of $, they hold productive assets that the outer world values highly.

The fact that tesla or amazon or spacex exists doesn't make people poorer (maybe their behaviour as corporate entities does - but that is another - regulatory problem). The value of Tesla and amazon was created out of thin air - people say, "hey I want that, and this is what I value it as". That value can also disappear like a fart in the wind ex. Tesla's market cap shifting with Elon's political participation.

Basically this isn't the kind of wealth that is stripped from other people - it isn't zero-net-sum wealth.

that's such a good observation. High asset prices and low labor costs is the foundation of every rich merchant to ever exist. The two parties can exist because they feed into that dynamic somehow.
I realized the real reason Fascism was so powerful as an idea is, as well as communism religion etc, is that they put ethics before efficiency. It's useless to have a huge GDP nation if its people find life miserable. I can't use green wood, straw bales and plaster to have a house in months that i can easily maintain if i please. That's because material costs follow asset prices and are driven up by the investors buying the houses in the first place. So if the housing market is overpriced, the materials are just as bad. Huge part of facsist movement in the 20th century was trying to reject the jewish economic system based on debt and speculation, which has divorced capitalism from tangible wealth and productivity. There's a reason usury was seen as a sin and jews hated for it.

why
is it because it's a very specific kind of dwelling with very specific regulations in a very specific market in a very specific culture

is it because the houses that are built now are total fucking pieces of shit that aren't even actually built to code anyway? is it because they NEED air conditioning? is it because it's illegal to not have them hooked up to the city's power and water? is it because a strong wind will fuck them up to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars? for what amounts to fucking paper mache walls and popsicle-tier timber?

No it isn't, and that meme flag isn't hiding the fact that you're a shitskin because I know exactly how you people think.

One of the key aspects of white / European culture is openess and transparency, whites value honor, honesty, straightforward and open intent, truth etc. Those are key values in European culture to the point they're almost mythical - much like being humble, hardworking and honorable are in Japan

Semites and shitskins thrive in lies and deceit. You think it makes you "smart", "cunning" and "superior". You rejoice in corruption and lies. Your shitty tribal religion openly promotes it for political ends and even openly promotes lies and hypocricy. A muslim man who listen to music while lying he doesn't is seen as more virtuous than the one who does and publicly admits his "sin". You don't have a problem with faggotry as much as you have a problem with the lack of censorship in regards to faggotry. You can be a massive degenerate shitting on minors in your Dubai villa as long as you pretend to be a pure, sinless conservative and religious man in public. If someone gets as exposed for the vile thing he does the problem is he got exposed, not that he did vile things.

European cultures (like the Dutch, Scandinavians etc.) which haven't been polluted by shitskins are sincere to almost autistic, comical degree. It's how white people are and again, especially pure, blond whites.

Commies always say stupid shit like this about affordable housing and shipping containers because they don't understand any actual thing about the working class or construction.

The working class knows about:

>mold
>window installation
>heat conduction and convection
>conduit for electrial, plumbing, pvc vs pex, pex types, voltage and amp calcs, etc etc
>foundations that won't slide away in a little weather
And hosts of other issues that commies who live on the backs of the labor of others think they are qualified to speak on. I am not even qualified to speak on everything that goes into real construction, but I know at least that much of why specialized construction exists and why a shipping container is a bad deal to attempt to live within in any real way.

Then commies in CA spout this nonsense while they buy overpriced bay area housing with their spreadsheet job money anyway and vote for tools like Gavin because he looks like their 1950s anglo saxon protestant hollywood that they think they deserve to live in for having empathy. Then they feel guilty and pretend like they give a fuck about even bigger tools like Maxine Waters have to say.

it also costs a lot to make sure your crop doesn't get eaten by pests
then think about the infrastructure needed for the fertilizer you need unless you want to produce way less than what a modern farmer produces

anyway what i'm saying is that you pay for the things you take for granted, even though you'd probably be better off homesteading and you'd be producing your own food, but it would mean more working for you (you, your family and your animals have to be the tractor) and then you have to defend yourself against invaders anyway, the same ones that are invading now

Very basic supply and demand for the job market and the reaction of wages. Marx was partially right about the cause (labor value theft being possible), wrong about the perpetrator (it's the people who control the currency , not the owners of the means of production) and doubly wrong about the solution (centralized socialism)

Sorry to say your labor is an objective value. If i move 1 rock in 1 hour i still did an objective quantity of work that produced an objective result. It CAN be quantified in something beyond "time". So is it so crazy to think that the "free market" isn't really that free in real world and manipulated to make labor prices lower than they should be? Isn't that theft of "labor value" regardless whatever Marx imagined?
It applies to feudalism too. Wasn't the labor value of serfs stolen by the land owners? If you own the whole market, you can set the prices you want. And even if you do not own it, if all the landowners of an area simply agree on a convenient rate for labor, then obviously the market isn't free. So if your serfs don't know that the price of their labor is set to exploit them, wouldn't it be wrong and theft?
In that sense the "labor theory of value" is not total bullshit. And look at the example i made above. Technology has progressed, however, a single chocolate ice cream from 2004 to 2024:
>went up 222% in cost
>went down 20% in size
>average wages went up 60% only

Don't you think there is a theft of labor if you have to work much more to have 1/5 less product than you did 20 years ago? Technology has progressed. Productivity has improved. All the ingredients in your ice cream can be produced locally at local wage prices or shipped from abroad at the lowest possible price. There is still global free trade and global shipping rates are still low. So don't you think it's possible, if that increase applies to a lot of products, that your labor value is being extracted by simply setting the wrong conversion between your objective labor and the subjective value the "market" assigns to it?

Labor works on the same rules of supply and demand
If there are fewer people in the country, the number of workers go down while the number of jobs mostly stays the same. Thus, wages (the cost of labor) goes up. Reducing immigration makes the labor force tighter which means companies have to pay more. It can also result in some products being a lower price since, again, demand goes down with fewer buyers. Real Estate would also drop since there are fewer people who need houses

Even if you factor in the tractor costs and fuel costs and fertilizer, 2 people can still prep-sow-irrigate-fertilize-harvest-cleanup multiple fields in a week that would have taken weeks to hundreds of people, with higher per-field productivity. That tractor cost is easy to offset and pays for itself. Once the know-how and industry to produce tractors exists producing tractors is a quick affair and can be scaled up with economies of scale. Same for fertilizer. The net result is that food in a country with lots of farmland is pretty much post-scarcity and has to export to maintain internal scarcity. In fact these industries are subsidized or the low local margins would ironically kill them. So they act like food *is* low margin, when instead the problem is it's too efficient to work in a for-profit system.

Homesteading is a trap. You quickly realize that keeping 3 animal types and growing 6 veggie types and a field of corn is a full time job that barely nets you anything, versus just planting 200 tomato plants and selling them for money which is far more efficient.
