- start to feel weak in the gym
- start to feel small
- get tired of restricting calories / eating clean 98% of the time
My body likes around 15% when I'm eating more intuitively. I usually will go to the upper teens on bulk in the winter.
desu girlfriends have usually preferred a bit fluffier 15-18% look. Saying that I looked bigger and that at more shredded BF i look too "hard" or freaky. but i dont lift for women so i will continue to shred in the summer
