Most likely there is a list, it has both Republican and Democratic politicians on it, and Biden and Trump both decided not to release it because the damage to their enemies isn't worth the damage to their own. If we ever know for sure, it won't be until everyone on the list is long dead.

Well, there most certainly is no list now. Democrats couldn't allow it to exist, so yes and no. Maybe somone has it on a flashdrive or smth, but I doubt it. Anyone involved would want it destroyed. If it exists, it's already in Tel Aviv.
