Druid, Druze, Jews and I am sure there will be an equivilent German word from antiquity not quite the same as Juden.
Pre-Jesus Saturn worshippers of which modern Druze and Jews derive but are not quite the same in belief or ethnicity.
Strange as this may sound, but it rather looks like Jews in the modern sense didn't exist before the 17th Century. And those expelled from England in the 14th Century don't seem to have been sense we know them today. After their expulsion many seem to have gone to Scotland and integrated, becoming Freemason.
Those in England seem to have been repeatedly prosecuted for witchcraft. Not a race or religion then.
We have stories of the Romans defeating the Druids in Anglesea too. Another secretive group with a lot of influence but not really a true race or religion.
It is all rather odd but the common thread is Saturn worship before the time of Jesus. And just a little bit before that and everyone is a Saturn worshipper.
Druze is another variation of this cult. Along with Tibbetan Buddhism oddly enough.
