How would the world be different if Russia didn’t launch the SMO in Feb of 2022?

The major consequences of this war have yet to manifest. Things wouldn't be too different at the moment, obviously Russia and Ukraine would be better off. Russian allies might be better off too but that's of no consequence to anybody but them. Not much would change for me or you, lower prices on consumer goods if that matters to you.
