There isn't a single list. They're both on the list and both sides have the list. The list is also in israel's possession. Several other individuals also have parts of the evidence. If any side tries to release a doctored version the other side will release the real one for mutually assured destruction. No one side knows exactly who else has the evidence, how many copies or backups their are, or who has dead man switches in place. They won't risk destroying them because if they do they lose their defense to keep the other sides from fucking them over.
