How the fuck is any of this justified? USAID somehow sent biscuits to the richest nation on Earth for some reason and now they are a going past the expiration date and they want to charge 100k for disposal. this is the most asinine thing I ever read, just bring the buscuits back and cancel food stamps and they can eat the expired buscuits instead
