The one where it was alleged that "revenge porn" and "child porn" were up on Pornhub and they refused to take it down without confirmation that the person making the request was actually able to prove they were either the girl in the video or the girl in the video was actually underage.
The judge from this case, in a sweeping decision that shocked a lot of people, declared that Visa/MasterCard, for knowing the allegations but not doing anything about it, are just as guilty as Pornhub for not doing anything about it.
This is obviously bullshit and Visa/MasterCard should have appealed, but instead they just paid the fee.
Now NGOs use that as precedent.
The fact Visa/MasterCard have banned companies before for loli and had paused for a little while makes the lack or appeal even more suspicious but by US case law if a company is publicly accused of doing shady shit and Visa/MasterCard doesn't pull out they can be held liable.
This will never be applied evenly across the west, but it is waiting for someone with a lot of time to abuse the case.
