Ah the most worthwhile thread this morning. I love cooking whole chicken in the oven. But honestly my favorite thing to do with chicken is use it as an ingredient in salad.

nice. we got a couple nice electric fences for them but haven't even needed to energize it so far. they were not expensive either so keep it mind because you can always hook it up when you want to.

yeah that looks good. the kids love cubed potatoes and chicken dry pan fried. i season the spud cubes with cumin and paprika etc and it comes out great. not so much a summer dish though, yours looks better rigt now.
