The one-third they are referring to as "destroyed" is the Fordow site, that's the site under the granite mountain that they hit with all the US's bunker buster stockpile. What they mean by destroyed isn't that it reached the compound (it didn't), but that the tremor created by the bombs may have caused the centrifuges to become misaligned which will require extensive repair since these devices are very delicate.
