In Ameritard that translates to 20 billion dollars

Another picture. I wonder how capable it is compared to the Shahed. The Iranians have had them being used in actual war so they will have had a lot of bug fixes and upgrades while the American drone is new but being American made is likely to include more advanced (though untested) technology.

why can't ground artillery simply not calculate the path of a drone and shoot it down?

The US DoD does not do "low cost".
Bloated budgets and kickbacks is the name of the game.

Funny story about that ... Israel sold the Harpy to China which then sold them to Iran making every Shahed attack on Israel a self inflicted wound.

Not surprising since the military industrial complex was seemingly unable to produce a drone that costed less than 40 million.

For comparison the Shahed 136 is said to cost $30-35k. So about the same if not slightly more expensive.

that's cope, western "experts" also estimated decoys run 50k a piece in ukraine
what I don't get is why not just make these in a government factory and just pay production costs
it's one thing when you need some massive R&D for some multidimensional hypergen megajet or whatever, but this should be easily achievable

Why do Iranians cope so hard? The US literally flew 2 bombers and nuked whatever they wanted with nuclear grade missiles all across the world map.
And there was not a single thing you could do against it.

Nigger I graduated USN FC A school, learned all about ballistic trigonometry, computing fire control solutions, windage adjustment calculations, atmospheric occlusion correction you name it. I can literally give a ballistic firing solution for an iowa class battleship's 16inch guns with a pencil, a rangefinder, a gyro compass and a ti-82 graphing calculator down to a 6 meter CEP. We NEVER used that knowledge or education because we had multimillion dollar radar guided FCS to calculate all that shit for us, and we still missed like a motherfucker all the time with the 5" gun. MK15 was barely better and that little nigga had a 10k yard engagement envelope. There are so many uncontrollable variables and every variance from the second the projectile leaves the barrel is amplified by an order of magnitude based on distance and projectile speed. Let that drone deviate 1/10th of 1 degree ONLY after the projectile leaves the barrel and at 5 miles and 2700fps you are missing by a country mile. The only way to down drones and missiles at range is with other guided missiles or to get super close with a fighter jet for a gun kill within visual range and I am talking like 100yards away depending size of the target. If you really wanna talk about something exciting, and deadly capable go look up the aim-174b gunslinger(aka the AT&T reach out and touch someone) air launched variant of the SM-6. Now I will not get into classified shit here but believe me when I tell you the SM-6 is a real God tier missile, and chinkies gonna be getting murked from 300+ miles out. And before these /k/ warthunder faggots start mouthing off their retard shit, believe me when I tell you the 174b has some nasty nasty nasty tricks up its sleeves for those chinkoid commie bugs who think they can steal their way to parity with the USN. It will be worse because bugs can't swim and the Pacific has nasty sharks

The federal reserve put JFK's head on the 2022 half dollar.
Right after covid, they were celebrating what they did and what they "achieved" worldwide.
The healthcare empire is the rothschilds'.
That's why it's all lies.
The meme isn't a joke, they literally invented modern currency.
Everyone is a slave to their loop.
