One foot long streak doesn't match muzzle velocity of a .222 rifle and photographer's claimed shutter speed;

There was a photographer shot point blank by SS and his body was rolled under the banner. The video is grainy because it is blown up closer, but I have the entire sequence, the photographer seated with his camera in the front row then the two SS come up to him and one of them pops him, he falls, speakers get knocked over and they push him under the banner on the bleachers.
