Literally dozens of listings for jobs, all of them require prior work experience.

Here we also have this fucking cancerous culture of people applying to work for the state in many different areas, usually you're competing with 2000 other people for one opening and it's retarded - it's the type of job that you can never get fired from and pays more than working in the private sector. But it's so fucking hard, honestly. If they need 20 nurses, the 20 people who are going to get in have pretty much aced their exams, it's competitive as FUCK.

I think it's by design at this point. I think there's enough for everyone, but some people are really greedy and they don't wanna share.

I don't necessarily believe in giving up, but you have to temper your expectations and accept that things like a good career or a good wife are very difficult, maybe even impossible, to obtain nowadays.
Another thing to consider is how demoralizing it is to deal with constant rejection. People have always gotten fired or dumped, but it's so much worse today. The average zoomer needs to apply to literally hundreds of jobs to get even just an interview. To actually get a job, it's potentially thousands. And the job you eventually get is usually awful. It's an exhausting process that doesn't even offer a decent reward.
Dating is even worse. Using dating apps as a guy is like being stranded in the Sahara desert, and even trying to meet girls IRL is bad since they're all still affected by the same toxic culture.
Like I said, I don't necessarily think you should give up, but things are bad for young men these days, and there really aren't any easy solutions.

What I did get a lot of luck doing was applying for no experience required trades or other menial work. My first job was at a construction company, second job was changing oil and basic maintenance on boats, current job is washing cars. Too many normies apply for those mcdonalds and supermarket jobs because that's what people think of straight away when they think of minimum wage jobs.
