Two things:
1. Age of consent is something that we use as a heuristic to determine whether children are ready to engage in sex with adults responsibly. Sex is a high-risk activity, so we deem it important to have an age of consent, to prevent children from being sexually taken advantage of because of their ignorance and mental immaturity. So the age is somewhat arbitrary. It differs between societies. Some may deem their kids to be ready at an earlier age, others at a later age. So just because fucking a Czech 15yo is okay, it doesn't mean that fucking an American 15yo is okay, because of presumed difference in maturity and level of ignorance.
2. The kids abused by the Epstein cabal were as young as 12, perhaps younger. I don't know, because I haven't looked into it more. But 12 is still far below the age of consent even in Czechia. It's possible for Trump to have raped younger kids. But for the time being there's no strong evidence that he did anything wrong.
