I was very overweight in the past, but I didn't have crazy joint and back problems. Sure I got stronger and bigger muscles, and I can run for miles, but at the same time it feels like I'm falling apart when I'm resting. I got "fortunate" enough after having to argue with roidtrannies on /fit/ for years, to have spent a year with one as a neighbor. His entire life seemed to revolve around flexing into his phone.
