houses are way better than commie blocks(aka apartments). just put unclimbable spear head fences with stone concrete wall decorations around the house for security

commie houses in north korea are a good example to follow

The only people who advocate for commie blocks have never lived in an apartment. You can hear your neighbors fucking through the walls, yelling at each other all night, old nigger woman below you playing church music at 2 am every fucking night.

>The Great Fire of Meireki (明暦の大火, Meireki no taika), also known as the Great Furisode Fire, destroyed 60–70% of Edo (now Tokyo), then de facto capital city of Japan, on 2 March 1657,[1] the third year of the Meireki Era. The fire lasted for three days and, in combination with a severe blizzard that quickly followed, is estimated to have killed over 100,000 people.[2]
Such fires were a major reason in Europe switching to stone buildings

So? That means the wood doesn't burn?
>Within thirty minutes of the first tremor, more than 130 major fires broke out across Tokyo, particularly in the densely populated eastern and northeastern sections.[26][27] These fires were fueled by overturned charcoal braziers used for midday meals, leaking gas from ruptured lines, and flammable debris from collapsed wooden buildings.[26] Strong winds, associated with a typhoon passing off the coast, fanned the flames, creating massive firestorms that swept through the city.[28] The air temperature in some areas reached 46 °C (115 °F).[29]
>Fires were the primary cause of destruction.[26] In Tokyo, districts like Asakusa, Kanda, Nihonbashi, Kyōbashi, Honjo, and Fukagawa were largely incinerated.[26] The Honjo Clothing Depot, a large open area where over 30,000 people sought refuge, became a death trap when a massive firestorm (a tatsumaki or whirlwind of fire) engulfed it, killing nearly everyone inside.[39] Survivor Koizumi Tomi described the site as "hell on earth", surrounded by "endless rows of bodies: red, inflamed bodies; black, swollen bodies; bodies partially buried under ash and smoldering remains".[40]
But I wil admit that Japanese probably build better wooden houses than Americans. Not really hard

I didn't mention burning and joists are basically firemen killers in NA and japan its just necessary living in the ring of fire making timber builds for safety purposes

not really, leaf. most of the US is prone to earthquakes. therefore as you stated, it's not practical to build from purely stone here.

>I didn't mention burning
The fire began with an earthquake. Why do you think the wiki page is titled "1923 Great Kanto Earthquake". Also if you don't want to talk about it, it's still an issue as well. Wooden houses is one of the reasons the recent LA fires were such a disaster
Also stone houses are more tornado proof

North america can't magically make single detached or multi unit brick houses like im bewildered what euro and 3rd world gripes are about timber framed houses

>can withstand 150mph straight line winds
>Maybe you mean floods? Heavy brick buildings are more susceptible to flood damage. Wood frame can be repaired. Get a crack in your baked clay and you have to tear down half the house to re-level everything.
>Bugs don't eat it. Maybe termites, but that's an exaggerated problem.
>Can be cheaply replaced if it rots.
>Bullets traveling through your house is not a real issue, despite the fevered imaginings of eurotrash.
>What does an HoA have to do with wood frame housing?

Does eurotrash actually think this is some sort of legitimate argument or gotcha' moment? Nigger, I can show you the pyramids of Giza but Egypt is still a shithole. Why don't you show me something that isn't a crumbling ruin in Rome and Greece or some glorified museum piece that has been secretly refurbished 200 times in the last century.

The fact is half your continent still live in villages. Fucking villages. Villages where they still use horse drawn carts. Villages where the one form of motorized transportation is the community Honda CL77.

People complain about wooden houses, but unless they get hit with a hurricane or tornado they're sturdy as fuck. It's not like they're randomly collapsing. A brick house will get destroyed just as quick as a wooden one if a natural disaster hits it
