It'll be a realistic AI video that will be disproved but that is only so it's creators don't have to do any real damage to people themselves. An example would be a rape video of the good or bad guys of your choice and the victim being the good or bad person of your choice. Most likely spread byword of mouth somewhere without internet access to slow down the video from being exposed as fake. Then an already set up bunch of rival groups will take advantage of the outrage from the video and will commit some kind of atrocity. Then there will be no one real group or person to blame. The guy making the video was just a guy making a video. The (((distributors))) of said video "believe" it to be real as do the groups who commit an atrocity or falsely get revenge on the good or bad guys of your choice in the fake AI video.
