i remember seeing like 1 or 2 homelses people when i'd go into the city in the 1990s, maybe 2-3 in the 2000s, maybe 4-5 in the 2010s, but now theres literally fucking thousands of them

The planet is awash with fentanyl, because it's easily produced. Some of these poor bastards were just minding their own business when they touched the wrong door handle, and suddenly "felt good". Or at least the ones that didn't die. What will you do, when everything is poisoned with "pleasure". A literal Hell on Earth. Beyond that of any Devil's conception. Man made horror.
