I don't mind sharing, but I definitely don't like interacting. The 'rules' are less about following them to the letter and more about leveraging legal authority to not have to deal with people. Most unfriendly people have some sort of obsessive hobby or project that they just don't dedicate any time away from and pointless chatter with random people doesn't interest them.
