What's the rational argument against cannibalism?
What argument can be made against cannibalism that doesn't resort to subjective moralism and emotional platitudes? "Muh god & holy book" isn't an argument. Also prions can easily be avoided if the brain isn't consumed. Basically the meat eater's dilemma here.
