I watched the short video on this article today. The guy who runs the organization advocating against patients having it taken too early says there have been times they do the entire open heart surgery then see the heart is still beating

The problem is not that I don't trust doctors, its that doctors are not personal trust managers, they think theyre population managers now. Before a doctor would treat you personally to try to fix X to increase your personal health. Now with something like organ donations, X effort to increase your standard of living, or 0 effort to let you "die" and increase 10+ peoples standard of living by spreading your healthy parts through them.
Theyre no longer going by the hippocratic oath, theyre performing triage at all times.

Took myself off recently out of nothing but spite and contempt. I encourage other people to do the same. There is something cathartic about resolving yourself to revolt rather than go along. I was on a flight a few months ago that arrived on time, but then we were sitting at the airport for two hours waiting. First time the captain came on and said 15 minutes. Next time it was 30. 45 minutes later it was an hour. That's when I pulled out my sharpie and started scribbling on the walls of the plane (an idea that I got from some nigglets in a video that was posted here). And just like those nigglets, when I got off the plane, I didn't feel guilty at all. I didn't feel like I'd done a damn thing wrong.

Tell the hospital that, despite your loved one having "donor" selected on their ID, your loved ones are Jewish and didn't bother switching over, so they need to have all of their organs at time of death. Inform them too that your Uncle will be arriving soon, ask if it's okay he brings in flowers or will that bother people's allergies? He's stuck shoring up a malpractice case. I denied that in the military and was given shit by peers for it. With how much bullshit the medical industry does, I simply am not giving them such authority over me. There are countless cases of the system abusing the common mans efforts of being "good" while the system does not reciprocate or respect our intentions.
