"Mach" is written in sentence case. It'll be a fair bit slower than Mach 10 by the time you enter the terminal phase, since you lose energy while gliding.

You can detect and track anything with radar if you've got enough power down a tight enough beam. It's a question of exactly what the RCS is, from what angles and at what wavelengths, etc.

No one has payload figures for the DF-ZF, but it's probably a few hundred kilograms or so.
