Because they understand something simple that Americans haven't: our (((governments))) are not our own anymore. They want foreigners because they are dependent on the government for power and acceptance.

If a cop you suspect is not an American tries to give you any order or arrest you, disregard them completely. If you have to treat them the same way you would a gang member approaching you and attempting to make you follow their rules.

It is literally going to take blood to make it stop.
