>>510947398 (OP)This is also a recent debate in the AfD, where, apparently unlike in Denmark, where they at least only are accepted Asylum Seekers... here in germany we don't have any Asylum seeker / official "refugees" anymore.
Because our previous and current zogbot government has been giving out citizenship status left and right (literally millions since 2015), so they aren't foreigners anymore, you cant deport them, they are just as german as any Hans Bäcker is, with all the legal rights and protections of the constitution.
And thats the debate why currently part of the AfD is trying to go the cuckservative civic nationalism route.
Because saying those germans with german passports of syrian descent that came here 10 years ago aren't actually germans and need to go back to syria is against the law and german constitution, and they will literally just ban your party and put you in jail if you make that official party position.
"Remigration" currently only means those ~200K who didn't get citizenship till now need to go back, while >2 Million can stay in germany as germans.
Now there's a battle in the AfD, between those that say
>"this is obvious fucking bullshit, some muslim shitskin who came here not even a decade ago and barely speaks german is infact NOT a german and he needs to GTFO out of germany", and those who say
>"legally speaking they are germans, we cannot do anything about that, as treating any german citizens differently because of their ethnicity, religion, sex, etc is against the german constitution, we cannot even propose laws that even as much as mention them specifically without breaking constitutional law."The first believe that even if they say something that technically is against the constitution of germany, they aren't gonna ban a party with >25%, while the others think they're gonna get banned and loose their seats in parliament and their pensions and funding etc. possibly get arrested.
