This is done to prevent scraping and botting. The css is dynamically generated and a private key is used so only your browser can decrypt it in your session. It's actually quite hard to do, Facebook does it and it causes the webpage to do really fucky things sometimes as of even one thing is misconfigured, the error will cascade through the page.

If a browser can, so can a scraping application. I've scraped all kinds of websites for data, even those who implement crappy token manipulating logic in Javascript code and use it to fetch data in JSON format. You can reverse engineering everything.

Besides there are sophisticated libraries to find which div container contains text, date, username, etc. so nesting them in a dozen useless divs is, well -- useless.

And if parsing an HTML is too difficult you can still run Selenium and automate your browser. There's no way to trick a smart hacker from scraping your site, unless you restrict traffic to a point where it would take unreasonably long time to scrape the amount of data you need.
