Epstein is connected to Israel, this is why Trump is covering it up. He doesn't want to risk the political fallout for Israel when people realize all of Epstein's clients were blackmailed and used as Israeli assets (including Trump himself).

A lawsuit by a woman identified as Jane Doe 200 alleged Epstein boasted of being a Mossad agent, but this remains unconfirmed.

Epstein was also associated with the Wexner Foundation, which supports Jewish leadership and has ties to Israel. His financial backer, Leslie Wexner, was a member of the “Mega Group,” a collection of Jewish philanthropists, which some, like former NSA counterspy John Schindler, have speculated was linked to Israeli intelligence operations, though no hard evidence supports this. Epstein reportedly invested in an Israeli startup, Reporty Homeland Security (later rebranded as Carbyne), connected to Israel’s defense industry, further fueling speculation."

Tanit symbol is made of 3 things. A circular object which rests on top of triangle with a crescent moon shape revolving around the circular object. The babys head is the circular object, which rests on top of a triangle shape... made my the babies hips and legs in a weird position for some reason. The reason is they needed to make it tanit shaped. Then you have the crescent moon which is made of the titty and mom tilting her head. I'm 1000% certain someone was fitting a tanit symbol in this and thats why the shapes are grotesque.
