Because real estate brokers are turning evil and exploiting the fact that housing is a basic human need. It's the same way with oil companies, grocery store chains, and utility companies. They have figured out that they can gauge, gauge, gauge, and nobody will do a fucking thing about it. That said, one of these days they will go too far and shit will hit the fan. Remember, these are thieves. They don't care about you.

Like I said, it's not that far off.
And the fact that you are talking about equity means that you are nowhere near owning a home and don't know what you are talking about

You think equity is magic free money, you might want to look into how home loans work, and then property taxes.

Remember this, kid, the ride never ends.

Why could the boomers buy a house for $10k but houses now are $500k?
The Jews transfer wealth to themselves through the Federal Reserve printing $trillions.

Imagine that you have a machine that can print endless amounts of $100 bills.
Print $500k to buy a house.
Rent house to goyim
Collect 50% of the goyim's paycheck.
You own 50% of the goyim's labor.

Repeat.
Soon you own the whole neighborhood.
Repeat for decades.
Own 100,000's of houses
Housing prices are astronomical and ordinary people can't afford to buy.
Vast numbers of goyim now work for you in virtual slavery.

This is wealth transfer from the citizens to the Jews who own the central banks that print money. Enslavement through central banking.

>By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. - John Maynard Keynes

>The governments of the Nations forming the Universal Republic will all pass effortlessly into Israelite hands, thanks to the victory of the proletariat. Individual property can then be abolished by the rulers of the Judaic race who will administer the public fortune everywhere. In this way the promise of the Talmud will be fulfilled, that when the Times of the Messiah have come, the Jews will hold under their keys the property of all the peoples of the world.

>Wall Street went on a home-buying spree. Now, more lawmakers want to stop it from ever happening again.

>Democrats in the U.S. Senate and House have sponsored legislation that would force large owners of single-family homes to sell houses to family buyers. A Republican’s bill in the Ohio state legislature aims to drive out institutional owners through heavy taxation.

>Lawmakers in Nebraska, California, New York, Minnesota and North Carolina are among those proposing similar laws.

I never said anything about being cheaper or not, but owning a home doesn't always get you anything in the end. So it is totally possible to live in a hotel and enjoy your life, and end up in the same place monetarily years later as someone who was paying off a mortgage.

It's not 1:1 it's not $1 in to a home $1.x out later, sometimes you lose ion the equation, and then when shit breaks, which it will, guess who pays for that?

And I bought my home a long time ago, and I don't pay down my principle or try to pay it off early or other scams, just got the monthly cost as cheap as I could and I will let that ride and then use my extra money elsewhere

There's a lake community in central Ohio that recently updated it's HOA terms to forbid short-term rentals (directly naming AirBnB and Vrbo), and many homes in that community are currently popping up for sale. Coincidence? Hardly.
Realtors HAVE been making side money by purchasing smaller homes and renting them out. That particular HOA is doing something about it, but I'm certain that the issue will have to be addressed at the state or federal level for any meaningful change.

Dumdum,

You're posting dribble from 2023. Blackrock, zillow and other corp housing buyers are and have ate shit on these purchases. They were counting on a 5 to 6% return on their investment, but with interest rates, shit economy, RE crashing, they have been dumping these places for the past few years. Same can be said for the airb&b suckers.

We need a crash, been hoping for one for a while. RE going up 100% in a few years fucks everyone. These towns were average homes are in the high 400's PLUS, yet average us working family brings home 75K, the math dont math and then inventory stacks up and RE prices decline. That's where we are at now.
