I gave up on dating for the most part and western women because you're just going to find baggage. Imagine going to an Asian woman and finding out she had 10 pajeet boyfriends, or another Asian woman with her entire back filled with shitty tattoos, or a white woman so hopped up on SSRIs and hundreds of sex partners that you're just confused wondering why she even thought she would be equal to a millionaire business owner.

yes, i did speed dating after I signed up on match about 9 years ago. i ended up hooking up with a solid 5/6 and we fucked for 3 months and took a trip to austria together (Im a burger, just out in Europe for work). It was A LOT easier to talk to women in a one on one setting, esp if you are average looking, just don't be fat or autistic. Just keep in mind, the woman there all have some baggage bc otherwise they'd be railed 24/7 and not need this. In hindsight I left the girl I met her because she went nuts after I told her I didn't wnat to have babies with her yet (she was 36 and I was 29).

This is unironically true but finding one, matching with them and having good chemistry with them is an incredibly difficult scenario that rely on multiple different social skills that most people might not have.

Just think of the apps as a passive method. You go on once a day, swipe on everything because who the fuck is gonna spend 20 minutes evaluating each profile when you only match with about 1/50 of them anyway, and put it down until tomorrow.
Speed dating is rough because if you're there, it already reeks of desperation.

Its unintuitive, but you are being punished for every person you like that does not like you back. So by getting on daily and swiping through everyone, you are making a large backlog of unrequited liked which tanks your score. Once your score is really low like mine, you are at the bottom of the stack so getting seen by women is even less likely. It spirals quickly. I attempted to fix my elo by being selective and updating profile frequently, but its impossible without doing a reset and being smarter next time. Its really stupid
