If you don't buy a house in America its at least 1800-2.5 grand a month in rent. You have to fork over more than half of your monthly bills just to put a roof over your head. It shouldnt be like this. Rent shouldn't be half or more of your income.

I've been talking to the owners of the local stores I shop at weekly for the past few months about tariffs. They're telling me that even with 10% tariffs many items are now simply no longer available, because there's no margin at all anymore. Suppliers are withdrawing products from the market already. In addition they explained that it's not a 1 to 1 rise in price. Some companies are cutting their margins, other's have to raise prices much more than the base tariff rate. Fun times ahead.

When Trump announced the Tariffs on Brazil, some shipments immediatly got cancelled as the products became no longer viable for the US market, this is almost half a month before the tariffs even came to effect.
