To add, Israel has what is called the "alliance of the periphery" that is supporting non arab and/or non muslim minorites in neighbouring countries to undermine what they see as the arab threat.
The Umah is not a real thing, is bullshit. Israelis of course know this and will prop up muslims if they are an ethnic minority to clash with the arab majority.
This has a mirroing effect on their internal makeup, propping up the druze minority like a pet to use against the arab palestinian majority they feel threatened by by their mere existence in the land they colonize.
