The statute of limitations for conspiracy shit starts when the last crime was committed. The theory is that Obama was partly behind the Mar-a-Lago raids, which are definitely not SoL. Not only does that definitely not qualify for presidential privilege, but it also happened in Florida, for bonus fun of where the trial would be.
