In Commonwealther countries, anything over 500FPS is considered a firearm. That's why pelletguns here are 450fps max. They get the american ones that fire at 1300 FPS, and they make a bleeder hole in the piston. Funny enough if you weld the hold you get 1300 FPS, you're better off just buying the part though which is even more hilarious. You're not allowed to buy the full powered rifle without a firearms license, but you can buy the parts individually and just build the rifle.
