The body wasn't designed to have it's cravings sated ever... cravings are what the body developed to incentivize actually acquiring food. Evolution never "thought" it would actually come to a point where it could actually acquire readily available sugar, salt, fats, and carbs. Thats why it craves those things. Basically all the stuff that tastes like shit and is a pain to get ahold of naturally is what you want to be eating. The reason people were so skinny back in the day is because they were starving not because they ate the right things. We have the benefit of being able to both eat healthy and eat in excessive amounts. The problem with retarded american food programming is that it was formulated during the war and so its all about a rationing mentality of how much carbs and "nutrients" it can pump into children before it drafts them. Still is but now in thw opposite direction where we're now trying to get the kids to lose weight before they grow into the draft.
