Anytime I've looked for a job or given advice to young adults on how to get one, you literally have to shotgun blast your resume. I'll apply to minimum 5-10 a day. If they require extra personality tests I don't apply unless I really want a shot at it. If I like the job I'll type a few quick sentences as a cover letter. Last time I looked I could easily schedule multiple interviews a week. Mind you I'm on the lower tier of jobs, nothing more than 30-40k.
I try to give advice to a few family members in their early 20s and they've given up almost entirely. They do school instead of work or will only take a job someone is able to hand them directly. They tried the online applications and are too black pilled to continue trying. Understandable but, I think you need to know how to obtain a job on the open market if needed.

Don't do crazy personality tests. Don't do AI interviews. Do walk into small businesses you're interested in and boomer it with your resume in hand. Do use your network and see if you can get a job that way. Don't get emotionally invested in any single application because you have a 95% chance of not getting it.

All that being said I don't know how college grads get through the struggle session process of getting a job and going through multiple rounds of interviews. I rather be lower income than go through that shit
